Hi, I’m Brontë!

When I was a child I was always the chubby kid. I recall an overwhelming feeling of always being in a cycle of wanting to lose weight. That led to years and years of fad diets, deprivation, binging, and an exhausting cycle of an always fluctuating scale. This was in addition to the emotional eating, unhealthy diet choices, lack of exercise, a poor mindset, and lack of knowledge.

Before I had my son, I made the decision to become healthier and lost 70 unhealthy pounds. Once I had my son, I stepped on the scale only to see that I gained it all back - and then some.

While I felt I had lost all of my progress, I gained a wealth of knowledge through education and experience in how truly beautiful food can be.

I went on to work with specialists in nutrition and fitness, lost the weight I gained back, and improved my progress over the next several years by furthering my education and learning through science what I truly believe to be the most important lesson - the benefits of what food can do for our bodies, and the understanding of what I am not only eating, but doing, and WHY.

Once I understood what I was doing and WHY, then my mindset truly begin to shift. I was no longer blindly seeing a tool as just "healthy" or "better", I understood the WHY and that in turn makes the decision to apply that tool functional.

The first step in my mindset shift was acknowledging the genuine addiction I had with food, the unhealthy reliance I found in comfort with food, and the dedication it would take to commit to the work needed to be done to lose the weight - and keep it off.

Now, alongside multiple certifications in personal training, nutrition, bodybuilding, and fitness - my heart and passion is in helping others do the same through learning the foundational tools to begin, and maintain progress for a lifetime.

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
